Cancellation of registration.
Any cancellation of registration for the Congress must be notified in writing and sent to the organiser’s address or via e-mail to the following conference address: dok@viamedica.pl.
Cancellation after 31 August 2014 - no refund. Every participant's change needs the new registration fee.
